• Emergency Services: Available 24/7 with additional emergency service charges

• Access: Customer must provide reasonable access to work areas

Pricing and Payment

• Estimates: Written estimates are provided before work begins
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change based on actual work required
• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services
• Accepted Forms: We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Late Payments: Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

Warranties and Guarantees

• Workmanship: We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days from completion
• Parts: Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and materials
• Limitations: Warranties do not cover damage from misuse or normal wear
• Claims: Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period

Customer Responsibilities

Limitation of Liability

• Issues arising from customer modifications to our work

• Covered by comprehensive liability insurance

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through:

• Binding arbitration as a last resort
